Benefits

Our organic Bergamot oil is from trees native to Italy and grows up to 4 meters high with star-shaped flowers and smooth leaves. Our organic Bergamot essential oil is of the highest quality and is non-phototoxic. While many Bergamot essential oils increase sensitivity to sunlight, ours will not do so. The fruit resembles a cross between an orange and a grapefruit ripening from green to yellow. Bergamot aroma is an uplifting, spicy, sweet scent, like orange and lemons with floral overtones, a citrus spice with a high floral note.

Massage:
When added to your favourite TMA massage oil, it will help reduce muscle tension and give relief from tightness or sore muscles and give you a relaxing and soothing massage.

Add 1-2 % (20-40 drops per 100ml) to TMA massage oil for general body application.

Skincare:
Bergamot is soothing on the skin and can help with teenage acne and oily skin. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-infectious properties and rejuvenating properties
and is helpful for acne, cold sores, skin infections, wounds, burns, ulcers, eczema, and psoriasis.

Add 1-2 % (20-40 drops per 100ml) to cream, lotion or body butter for general body application.

Diffuser:
When used in a diffuser and inhaled Bergamot has been known to relax, calm and uplift the mind.

Add 2-5 drops to a vaporizer to scent the room.

Bergapten free Bergamot does not photosensitizer however if you are concerned patch test first when entering sunlight.
Topical Use – use organic carrier oils to apply to your skin through massage or rub target areas such as the neck, forehead and temples.
Internal – do not ingest these oils.
Avoid applying oils to sensitive areas like the nose, ears, eyes, or broken skin.

Use dilution to minimize skin sensitivity.
Be aware of oils with sun sensitivity warnings.
