It is handcrafted in Australia from 100% organic cotton, flaxseed and chamomile.

They are designed with love to make your user experience optimum.

The additional length means it doesn’t fall from your face as you rest.

It has a removable cover for hygiene.

The scent is our organic Mindfulness blend essential oil (Orange Sweet, Petitgrain, Bergamot, Lemon, Rosemary, and Spearmint).

This blend is crisp, bright and offers mental strength, infused with the intentional energy of Mindfulness. In addition, Chamomile Petals help relaxation while easing anxiety and supporting your intellectual vitality.

THE FABRIC

The Australian native flora and fauna surrounding my studio is the inspiration behind the designs.

Coolabah: Eucalyptus leaves that are purifying and disperse negative energy are a powerful symbol for Mindfulness. Natural alchemists, Eucalypts extract metal from the soil and then remove the toxin through their leaves. Their power will bring you clarity and strength.

Cockatoo: Silver crested cockatoos, which are messengers of hope, welcome me each morning as I meditate outside. They are fun, playful and I wanted to bring their beautiful energy to your mindfulness and meditation rituals. This energy will help you make startling and positive changes.

Benefits
Lightweight on the eyelids stimulates the vagus nerve, which sends relaxed messages down your spine. Your mind and body then get permission to relax those tired and tight muscles around your neck, shoulders, chest and stomach.
Relaxation helps decrease blood pressure, heart rate and improve digestion. Not just good before bedtime, it can be a refreshing lunchtime solution for stress.

To Warm
Good for relaxing your eyes and calming your mind with the weight of the pillow and increases scent.
To use warm, place an eye pillow in the microwave centre so the pack is ﬂat and the ﬁlling evenly distributed.
– heat for 20 seconds.
Remove carefully from microwave, handle with care and gently shake to distribute heat. If further heat is required, heat in 10 seconds increments.

To Cool
Suitable for tension headaches and tired eyes strained from screen usage.
Seal the eye pillow in a waterproof container and place it in the fridge or freezer until required.
Remove from the container and apply.

To Refresh
Remove outer cover – wash in a laundry bag or soft hand wash.
Add a few drops of your connection blend to the inner pillow. Let the oil completely dry before placing back into the clean cover.
Care Instructions
Completely cool before reheating.
After cooling, store in an airtight container or a sealed bag in a cool, dry area when not in use.
Clean lightly with a damp sponge to remove surface marks, do not allow ﬁlling to get wet. Do not machine wash or immerse in water.
If you notice a burned or charred smell from your eye pillow or that it is deteriorating or scorched, allow it to cool on a non-combustible surface, then discard.
Regularly checks your pack for signs of wear and tear. With age, the ﬁllings dry out and become combustible.
Replace your eye pillow after prolonged usage.
