Lavandula angustifolia has many medicinal properties, it can be anti-inflammatory, calming, sedative, skin healing and great for relieving headaches.

Massage:
This lavender oil added to a massage oil will work well to promote blood circulation and blood flow, helping relax and improve health. It is also a natural pain reliever, so it can help relieve headaches or as a muscle relaxant for aches and pains. Add 1-2 % (20-40 drops per 100ml) to TMA massage oil for general body application.

Skincare:
This oil can be helpful as a long-lasting insect repellent. Applied directly, it can bring relief for insect bites. It is an excellent skin toner and can help remove toxins present on the skin, added to your facial oil. It can help control acne as it fights bacteria and, by removing dead cells, allows the pores to breathe, preventing new acne outbreaks.
Applied to the temples, it can be helpful during a migraine or headache. Add 1-2 % (20-40 drops per 100ml) to cream, lotion or body butter for general body application.

Haircare:
This Lavender oil can help fight headlice when added to your shampoo or conditioner. It has strong antibacterial and antifungal properties. It helps fight the itchiness and irritation caused by dandruff by soothing the scalp and hair follicles.

Homecare:
Try adding a few drops of this oil to the bucket of water you use when mopping the floor. It will leave your floor clean and your home smelling fresh.
