Massage:
Added to your favourite massage oil it can be helpful in assisting you with detox. Add 1-2 % (20-40 drops per 100ml) to TMA massage oil for general body application.

Bath:

Add a few drops to your bath along with organic carrier oil or bath salts for an aromatic detox.

Diffuser:
Used in the diffuser at home or in the bedroom this oil is calming and relaxing. Inhaled throughout the night, or as part of your bedtime routine it will relax your mental stress, slow down the brain and help induce relaxation.

Add 2-5 drops to a vaporizer to scent the room.
