It is handcrafted in Australia from 100% organic cotton, flaxseed and lavender.

Lavender Petals have a soothing effect, relaxing your mind and body.

They are designed with love to make your user experience optimum.

The additional length means it doesn’t fall from your face as you rest.

It has a removable cover for hygiene.

Our organic Serenity blend essential oil is a blend of Bergamot, Lavender Bulgaria, and Frankincense. In addition, it will encourage relaxation and uplift your spirit. Infused with the intentional energy of calm the scent will form part of your sleep ritual.

There are many ways to use our Organic Serenity Eye Pillow. You can use it at room temperature as part of your yoga practice relaxation pose to heighten the experience. Or heat mildly in the microwave following the instructions. Why not seal it in a waterproof container before placing it in the freezer to chill and give your lunch break a mindfulness pick-me-up?

Our serenity fabric designs are synonymous with our organic essential oil blend’s intent and are both beautiful and serene. Equally important is the high-quality organic cotton sateen fabric we chose to have printed in Melbourne by a family business.

Serenity: The lavender spears featured in the design represent calmness, grace and serenity, which lavender buds bring to our eye pillow. In addition, cotton flowers represent the organic cotton used to create our fabric and the symbolism of luck, healing and protection.

Transformation: A good night’s sleep can transform how we feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Peacock’s represent the rejuvenation and regrowth we experience from a restful slumber. Likewise, Butterflies are a sign of transformation, growth and renewal which is what we experience from being calm, peaceful and untroubled.

Benefits
Lightweight on the eyelids stimulates the vagus nerve, which sends relaxed messages down your spine. Your mind and body then get permission to relax those tired and tight muscles around your neck, shoulders, chest and stomach.
Relaxation helps decrease blood pressure, heart rate and improve digestion. Not just good before bedtime, it can be a refreshing lunchtime solution for stress.

To Warm
Good for relaxing your eyes and calming your mind with the weight of the pillow and increases scent.
To use warm, place an eye pillow in the microwave centre so the pack is ﬂat and the ﬁlling evenly distributed.
– heat for 20 seconds.
Remove carefully from microwave, handle with care and gently shake to distribute heat. If further heat is required, heat in 10 seconds increments.

To Cool
Suitable for tension headaches and tired eyes strained from screen usage.
Seal the eye pillow in a waterproof container and place it in the fridge or freezer until required.
Remove from the container and apply.

To Refresh
Remove outer cover – wash in a laundry bag or soft hand wash.
Add a few drops of your connection blend to the inner pillow. Let the oil completely dry before placing back into the clean cover.
Care Instructions
Completely cool before reheating.
After cooling, store in an airtight container or a sealed bag in a cool, dry area when not in use.
Clean lightly with a damp sponge to remove surface marks, do not allow ﬁlling to get wet. Do not machine wash or immerse in water.
If you notice a burned or charred smell from your eye pillow or that it is deteriorating or scorched, allow it to cool on a non-combustible surface, then discard.
Regularly checks your pack for signs of wear and tear. With age, the ﬁllings dry out and become combustible.
Replace your eye pillow after prolonged usage.
